The lab which I learned the most from was, Lab 3.6.1 Using Social
Engineering Techniques to plan an attack. This lab taught me how to plan
and stop an attack from occurring all by usingSocial Engineering
Techniques. I plan to apply this lesson in the future if I pursue a job in
Information Security.

The lab that I learned the least from is Lab 3.2.1 Installing Antivirus
Software. I did not learn anything much from completing this lab as I have
installed countless software with add-on trial or junk software in a bundle.
I feel like this lab could have been replaced by something that provides
more hands-on preparation in Information security.
