Qualitative and Quantitative Assessments are pretty different assessments.
Qualitative deals with more of the "quality" approach, where quantitative deals with
the "quantity" approach. What this really means is that Quantitative Assessments
are basically using raw data for the assessment, based on numbers, various
averages, algorithms, etc. Qualitative on the other hand is using more of the details
of the data. Instead of assessing numbers, qualitative is assessing the actual
