BUS517
Prepares project managers to be champions and true leaders in their roles in order to ensure project success when faced with the
challenges of an ever-changing, complex global environment. Develops the competencies to lead project teams through more
effective communication, to identify motivational value systems to improve productivity and cooperation, and to recognize the role of
business and personal ethics in leadership. Examines both the art and science of negotiation.
