This course addresses the risk component of projects and provides an overview of project risk
management and related tools. Students will learn techniques for identifying, analyzing and
minimizing risks that are inherent to projects, and building skills to systematically manage project risk
to ensure that projects are delivered within cost estimates and timelines.
