Presents the fundamental concepts of organizational behavior. Emphasizes the human problems
and behaviors in organizations and methods of dealing with these problems. Focuses on motivation,
informal groups, power and politics, communication, ethics, conflict resolution, employment laws,
technology and people, and managing change.
