In Part XLIV of your business plan, you will focus on human resource management and talent development to
attract, retain, and develop a skilled workforce that drives organizational performance and achieves strategic
objectives. Your objective is to develop a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with organizational goals,
fosters employee engagement, and promotes a culture of continuous learning and development.
Write a paper in which you:
1. Conduct a human resource analysis to assess the current workforce capabilities, strengths, and
weaknesses within your organization. Evaluate key HR metrics such as employee turnover rates, retention
rates, absenteeism rates, and employee satisfaction scores. Identify talent gaps, skill shortages, and
