measures when engaging in sports activities. The trainer should guarantee that the right safety
gear is offered and that it is used correctly. They should also be aware of any potential

should also be able to spot any injuries or symptoms of wear and tear in the players and take
action to address the situation. Last but not least, the trainer needs to be knowledgeable with the
sport's laws and regulations and make sure that everyone is following them. Trainers can help to
lower the chance of injury and keep players safe by taking the required procedures.
