In order to participate in the Specialist Weight Exercise Course, I confirm that I, the recipient
signing, am at least 18 yrs old and that I deliberately and voluntarily participate into all this
Contract with Big Fitness Gymnasium.
Assumption of Risk. I am informed that participating in this initiative has risks, as well as the
potential for destruction, disruption, or even death. I, the participant, acknowledge and agree to
