Yeah, Interruptions cause a lot of damage psychologically and it stresses your ability to
think when you plan an even or managing such balance in your life or some procedure that is
planned with smooth regulations, then interruptions in that time really because you struck
without any clue sometimes and it causes blunders in that time or sometimes it leads to
mismanagement and off-balance all your routines in your life. Simple example from my life
would be my diet and work out plan. I used to work 8 hours a week and after that I go for work
out to gym to maintain my physical and mental fitness. But recently I had to change my schedule
from evening to night shift for the job and that really interrupted my gym which caused me to
left the gym routine for a month. It caused me stress and so much anxiety because I started
feeling off balance in my physical fitness and was really stressing a lot with my work load.
Going gym regularly was really making me feel fresh and I used to feel alive and healthy not just
physically but mentally as well. That’s why that interruption caused a lot of trouble to me.
Another example for that is my project which I created two years ago and had to present
that. It went well with the presentation and everything was smooth. We had it planned for
October last year but due to the company’s financial crisis from Covid recovery we had to
interrupt it and as a result that project when we started again, we couldn’t put the same energy
onto it. that’s really important because success depends on the perfect and consistent execution
of the task. If interrupted then it can cause failures. That’s why we need to include the plan for
some uncertain interruption as a part of our plan so if we face such issues we can recover easily
without any mental gap.
