6-3 Adding Customer Value
February 10, 2023
Jaye Carter-Brumfield
I choose NationaliTeas because they provide a satisfaction guarantee
and track client happiness. The customer is interested in trying our flavor but
isn't convinced about the overall flavor or quality of our brand. Then they see
that we give a guarantee that if they are not happy with our goods, they will
get their whole money back. Increased trust is the benefit that comes with a
customer satisfaction guarantee. Customers feel less risky about buying
something from our firm when they understand that they will receive a full
refund if they are unhappy. This gives that possible buyer the same comfort
we have in our goods. When it comes to tracking customer happiness, a
value-added benefit is that we will make customers feel heard. We will not
only solicit their new comments and assessments of the merchandise, but
we will also investigate any complaints and make changes as necessary.
Consider a situation where a consumer who typically buys tea from our
main competitor notices that we have a flavor that they do not now provide.
The efforts that I feel will assist impact the value of NationaliTeas to
incorporate deeper consumer participation. Using social media platforms to
engage with the company's buyers and consumers may give a public forum
to convey what the firm values and its aims with its brand. Showing the
consumer how our products are manufactured, as well as identifying who we
collaborate with, will assist promote consumer trust and generate trust via
transparency. Furthermore, this program may be expanded to include
customer feedback and survey support. Hearing personally what customers
appreciate or want to see happen with our goods may lead to increased
discussion between the company and its customers. My innovation adds
value to NationaliTeas by increasing consumer loyalty and overall business.
By providing a satisfaction or money-back guarantee, like Amazon Prime
customers, we are attracting new customers. With this guarantee, they'll feel
less risky and are more inclined to buy our product. They'll probably become
a faithful customer after they buy our goods and realize the quality of our
teas. We include our already dedicated customers in our process by tracking
customer happiness, which makes them feel even more valued by us.
Customers will continue to be devoted to us if we do this, generating a stable
source of income for the company. It benefits the business since it provides a
unique, objective opinion that we don't often get to see.
In conclusion the most important asset we would require finishing the
initiative's money back guarantee component is a staff of workers to handle
returns from dissatisfied clients and issue refunds. We will require a data
base to review and examine the information gathered from our customers
after the survey system has been developed. This team's focus will be on
researching and reporting on the data. Since both methods give us the
concrete data we need for monitoring and reporting, the progress of this
effort won't be hard to track. We shall keep track of the number of refunds
we provide because of customer complaints to determine customer
happiness. We don't want to have to give out a lot of these refunds, but the
quantity will show us whether our promise is helpful in bringing in new
customers.
