Individuals who are neurodiverse shouldn't change for anyone
because they are already dealing with their struggles in
comprehending things differently from the rest of us. Besides, there
is nothing wrong with being different that's what makes us who we
are, and make the world different who wants to live in a world where
everyone is the same? That would be so boring my nephew has
autism and we don't treat him any different from the rest we show
him the same love and attention the others get and he is so creative
A close friend has two boys that are autistic and they are both
different one of them is good with numbers and math and the other
like to create things out of things.
Society is always going to treat people or look at people differently
because they don't understand something but if society opens it's
mine and sees the benefits that people, in general, have to offer no
matter their disability, gender, race, background ex. we can learn
from one another and see things out of the box and try to see the
world as they do like the video said "Human Neurodiversity Should
Be Celebrated, Not Treated as a Disorder (3:15)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aWxmEv7fOFY.
We can move away from the stigma that neurodiversity by excepting
them for who they are and there is nothing to fix they are perfectly
fine the way they are.
The concept of social justice is the equality of people no matter what
their race, gender, disability, or background ex. Emotional intelligence
to have control of your emotions and be sympathetic to others.
