Turing's invention of artificial intelligence could only reiterate back to
him what he had said to his computer. Also, the computer could not
hold a simple conversation with its owner or inventor. No, I do not
believe for these reasons that an elevated level of intelligence. Both
humans and computers do have memory storage. However,
computers have a set capacity. Yes, I do believe it is possible with
scientific development moving as fast as it is that one day computers
will be as intelligent as human beings and will evolve quite quickly. As
time goes on, I also believe that we will no longer need humans to
work as many jobs With technology coming into play. This situation
career connections as we evolve technology evolves. a
I believe that turnings test is not the complete right idea to approach
intelligence. I say that because you are just talking to a computer, In
order to achieve complete intelligence you need to be talking to an
actual human being. Talking to a computer will not get a pure reaction
and response as a human being would give you. Yes in therapy if I
believed that I was talking to a human being that would some what be
intelligent but you still wouldn't get the same human interaction as if
you were talking to a normal human being.
Our memories compared to robots are very similar. Depending on the
situation we store things in our short and long term memory while
robots and computers store information in their memory or hard
drives. That information for both humans and computers can and will
change over time and just like the human brain computers can go
back on that memory and change things about it.
I do believe that computers have the ability to as intelligent as human
beings. I say that because computers are programmed now a days to
respond and act like human beings. With todays technology
computer are allowed to adjust and comfort human needs. The things
that it is lacking is the pure human response and pure human
interaction that humans might prefer rather than a computer.
Self care, social justice, emotional intelligence, career connections,
and ethics can be split between human and artificial intelligence. Self
care, social justice, emotional justice can all be listed under human
justice because of how that requires pure human interaction for those
things to take place. Career connections and ethics can be listed
under artificial intelligence because things like a career path and
ethics are all things that you can find on a computer and need a
computer for those things to take place.
