A. What is wrong with this strategy?
There is not a problem with this strategy. When looking at this strategy
you see all of The Five P’s which are plan, ploy, pattern, position, and
perspective.
B. What is right about this strategy?
A great strategic plan should provide a clear picture of the current and
future state of a company by connecting its target and its limitations. The
strategy had a great vision over the next ten years. The objectives was the
company to beat all of its competitors with the low prices, customer
service and quality work. The company has 21 years of business which will
attract customers as well. (Overgaag, n.d.)
C. We are the market leader in discount tires and repairs in our city,
indicating that we currently have a competitive advantage. Will we
sustain it with this strategy?
One item that Paul’s Discount Tires and repairs have going for themselves
is that they are the market leader in the community that has an amazing
strategic plan. The business has an amazing competitive edge.
“Competitive advantage accrues to a firm when it does something that the
rivals cannot do or owns something that the rival firms desire”. (Juneja,
2015) This will give them the edge over there competitors.

D. What is one thing we could do to improve on this strategy?
Another thing they can do to further develop their practice is to
incorporate human resources. Putting resources into human resources will
consider representative's inventiveness, builds their fulfillment, and better
correspondence between workers as well as representatives and clients.
