areas will allow the business to grow in revenue and total income.
B. What is right about this strategy?
The key to a successful strategic plan is too have a well defined idea of the
plan you want, this means one should provide a clear and concise picture
of how the business is running now and what you want the future of the
company to be. Keying in on the targets you want to hit helps set a path
for this plan and this strategic plan is doing so, there are four key areas
that you have targeted and made clear you want to hit for the future of
this company. Cutting the costs for the company and being consistent on
having the lowest prices will help provide needed growth in revenue and
consumer gains, this is very beneficial for the long term growth.

indicating that we currently have a competitive advantage. Will we
sustain it with this strategy?

discount tires and repairs in their area they will continue to have
competitive advantage with the strategic plan they are going to implement.
The practices that they are choosing to use will help them stick with what
has worked for them and led them to become the leader's of the discount
tires and repairs market in the city; Using value proposition when comes to
pricing shows a commitment to an identity that they represent, being
prideful in the customer service policies they offer while also have a
variety of service to offer shows diversity and quality as a company,
growing a culture that places importance in taking care of not only
customers but employees as well during a global pandemic which has
caused millions of people to be laid off. These key aspects of Paul's
Discount Tire and Repairs will allow him to continue being the market
leader as long as he sticks to these key points and continue to adapt to an
ever changing market.
D. What is one thing we could do to improve on this strategy?
This strategic plan could include more diversification of services to
businesses, while having regular customers coming off the street is working
and has allowed you to be the leader in your market adding the ability to
service business that have fleets of vehicles and lock in consistent income.
Having business that create accounts will you can increase sales and will
form a consistent flow of services and goods needed by these businesses.
