I must constantly aim to serve as the finest manager I may become when I succeed in my
work, commencing with setting an excellent illustration. According to the author, managers must
convince, elevate, and stimulate their staff, and I agree. I believe it's essential that your
workforce sees you putting in the same effort as they are, if not more. Honestly, I assume that my
method of leading is to remain straightforward and upfront with my colleagues. As their
manager, I wish that they will be capable of depending on me continually. I must indeed keep in
mind to always apply the logical and instinctual decision-making processes because I consider
they actually suit my management manner.I understand because in addition to becoming a
productive manager, you must put yourself in the situation of your colleagues. I continue to have
a strong belief in arranging activities and providing your staff a chance to voice their opinions. I
believe I could be more patient with people and diplomatic when interacting with those that lack
my level of drive. I also believe I should improve on being more receptive to new concepts. I
occasionally have a tendency to stick with the same approach. Among the greatest assets a
colleague may have, in my opinion, is the ability to both command and try to emulate. The
ability to provide and receive instruction is always crucial when attempting to create a team
environment. This objective may be more easily attained if everyone is on the same page. I
prefer for my colleagues to have the ability to come to me with everything when I am in a
management position. I like to foster a climate of trust. If you are in a management position, it
might be challenging to accept orders, but there are occasions when doing so is beneficial for the
business. Maintaining a team environment where people may be honest with their thoughts
encourages management to be fully accessible.
As I have previously indicated, my own management style is to foster a "team"
environment. I suppose that dedicating the effort to establish trust with your employees can
contribute to a pleasant professional situation. I believe that in the past, I have always been
pleased when I performed in an environment that encouraged creativity and made use of my
talents. I constantly try to maintain an inquisitive attitude and set a good example. I firmly think
that effort pays reward, and I will keep acting accordingly when I'm working with any group. I'll
be sure to utilize a few of my character flaws, like being gregarious and efficient.I genuinely
think that this training has taught me many abilities that will help me to manage fruitfully at
work.
