The company has consistently been ethical and responsible in its
services and fairly serving the staff and other facility workers. The
company has discovered that an overseas contractor, one of the
major suppliers, has been operating with poor conditions for their
employees. This involves zero benefits, child labour, working long
hours, paying low wages, etc. The situation is taken seriously and the
company ensures its employees by addressing the issues of the above
scenario by taking necessary steps.
The target audience for the internal communication is the employees
of the company. It's crucial to consider that the managers must be at
the forefront of any attempts to change your organisation's culture.
Employees are more likely to feel like they are a part of a larger
context when the organisation has strong business goals and a
defined vision (Kucharska and Kowalczyk, 2019).
Creating an environment where employees have a happy workplace
is among the company's responsibilities. Several strategies might be
helpful such as offering performance-driven awards to promote fair
competition, addressing issues at the executive level, implementing
programs to assist employees in managing their stress, establishing
strict rules to prohibit misconduct, and establishing a straightforward
procedure for employees to share their concerns and submit
complaints regarding any problems. When a business updates its
code of conduct, anybody interested in the company can learn about
its beliefs, morality, and ethical behavior (Martínez et al., 2021).
Creating a code of conduct ensures that these codes are followed,
along with a range of monitoring techniques designed to provide
cooperation with these rules. The main method is used to reduce
poor working conditions in companies focuses on employees' rights
to track for adherence to codes of conduct (Amengual et al., 2020).
The objectives include limiting the number of hours and unfavorable
working circumstances that children can experience while employed
and preventing them from working in dangerous fields.
