Subject: Model Leadership Behaviors
The purpose of this memorandum is to describe the exemplary management traits that
must be exhibited for improvements to be successfully implemented in the US division of the
Singaporean technology firm. The usage of a liberal approach and mentoring administration
actions are a couple of the paradigm management actions that need to be promoted in the
business. The participatory initiative will give workers the chance to interact with their
supervisors and bosses more. Worker awareness of the significance of implementing key
modifications will as a consequence lower the likelihood of challenges. The participatory
initiative will also boost the relationships amongst staff and executives in the US office,
enhancing the business's current effectiveness. Workers may be allowed to gain the knowledge
necessary to carry out their responsibilities successfully and promptly via the application of
mentoring work engagement.
Leadership must encourage employees to foster a culture of intelligence gathering in
order to facilitate process improvement adaptation. They may do this by encouraging people to
operate in teams rather than individually within the business. Additionally, managers must take
