Summary
Work engagement is the degree to which a worker is involved with and committed
to the business and its principles. An employee's desire to acquire knowledge and
excel at workplace is affected by their mindset regarding their profession,
coworkers, and institution, which may be measured as either advantageous or
detrimental. Engagement is correlated with the three key organizational factors of
output, revenue, and disengagement. In the end, performance represents what a
firm wants from its staff. A committed worker goes above and above the call of
duty, is focused and goal-oriented, and contributes to the prosperity of the
company. A staff that is deeply involved produces prosperity. Workers that can do
