Over this course I have realized that some measures of success I already knew, while
others were a bit hidden. For example, I am very financial oriented and always use
numbers as an example of success but in the most recent weeks there was a personnel
components that I did not realize would affect me so much. Learning about culture I felt
was a big eye opener even though I knew that it does affect success, I do not think I took
it into careful consideration as much as I should. After reading the interviews with the
companies I felt that the information was very valuable in assisting to make a final
determination of acquisition.
Additionally, I learnt some valuable tools like the Balanced Scorecard and PowerBI that I
