The term business strategy is how a company plans on meeting its goals. There are four types
of business strategies out there. This includes Corporate Strategy, Competitive Strategy,
Functional Strategy, and Operating Strategy. Each strategy contains actions from all
departments, such as Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
