Module Overview
The IT field is constantly shifting and evolving as new skills and
technologies are developed. Because of the rapid changes in the field,
it is critical that IT professionals have an understanding of the diverse
branches of information technology and the ways they can develop
relevant and useful skills. Formal education, certifications, on-the-job
experience, and professional development are several ways in which IT
professionals are able to develop these skills. While the individual skills
used in your professional practice may change, the dispositions and
attitudes you practice to maintain an attitude of lifelong learning can
keep you relevant in an ever-changing field.
