The IT field has grown dramatically in the last several years, and the
number of different career possibilities within it continues to grow.
Just as an auto mechanic needs a good set of tools, an IT professional
requires their own set of tools. Programmers require something more
versatile than Notepad to create their code, and network engineers
need a tool that can filter through thousands of network packets every
minute to find what they are looking for efficiently. In this module, you
will investigate a number of different IT careers and see how
individuals in those careers work and what tools they use.
