Telework capability is a current wellness topic related to the natural and applied
sciences. Among any technology's various objectives, the main aim is to provide a suitable
environment for each person. The current Covid 19 pandemics have harmed different aspects
of human society, including health, business, and education. However, it has also created
favorable conditions for the advancement of teleworking. (Zalat & Bolbol, 2022). Companies
were requested to promote telework as a way to safeguard the workers and reduce the threats
of coronavirus. Teleworking enables people to work at home, aided by technology tools like
video conferences. Some wellness benefits of teleworking are the ability to enhance
individuals' professional and personal lives, balance work, and increase employee satisfaction
and productivity. As employees become more productive, they feel more fulfilled. Studies
also indicate that teleworkers have better health habits since they are less likely to misuse
alcohol or tobacco. They have less stress since they do not get stuck in traffic or deal with
annoying co-workers or demanding bosses, reducing their chances of being depressed.
Natural and applied science focuses on technology as a tool human being have
developed to enhance their lives. The value of the natural and applied science lens for
comprehending this topic constitutes how the teleworking concept utilizes information and
communication technology tools like tablets and laptops outside their working locations
(Zalat & Bolbol, 2022). Due to the pandemic, and high rates of Covid 19 infections,
teleworking was introduced into various organizations. Research indicates that this has been
beneficial as the rates of covid transmissions reduced. At the same time, individuals were
able to manage their work-life balance. When provided with the required tools and
equipment, teleworkers can enhance their work productivity and maintain good health,
enhancing their well-being.
