We regret to inform you that we have been an unfortunate victim of
a cyberattack about three (3) hours ago. We write to inform you that
in as much as we are poised to provide you with the best of services
and ensure that your data security is our major concern, we will
need you to help us halt the attack by remaining calm and co-
operating with us, following our processes and procedures in this
case.
Due to the nature of this attack, our point of sale (POS) system has
been compromised, thus, guests using our purchase systems and
order through our POS have also been compromised. However, we
are doing our best to resolve it as soon as possible. Although there
is a breach, we assure you that your data is still safe and damage to
your data is being kept to a minimum. You still have access to Wifi
and also enjoy still continue to enjoy our every other services.
As we do our best to ensure that things are right back on track, we
would like to ask you to follow our guest response initiative (for
emergencies until the situation is resolved completely);
1. Do your best not to purchase anything with your credit card.
Use cash if you have to.
2. Do not give out credit card information or any other online
payment details to anyone, not even to a staff.
We assure you that our team will resolve this matter as soon as
possible to allow you to have a smooth stay and enjoy our services
to a maximum. Again, we deeply regret this inconvenience and as
always, your security and satisfaction have always been our concern
and will continue to be so.
