have been taking a special interest in the hospitality industry lately,
and Padgett-Beale leadership understands how this may hinder your
relaxation and enjoyment during your stay here. Part of our strategy
has always been ‘leave it to us’, which includes, even more so now,
your worries and doubt. Your privacy is of utmost importance to our
staff and we are working tirelessly to ensure your safety. Not only
are we examining the mishaps in safeguards with the industry
attacks, but we are also working with some of the top cyber
professionals to enhance the protection of the entire network.
c c If you notice anything unusual or problematic during your
time with us, please notify the front desk immediately. This can
include but is not limited to: your room key no longer working, the
Wi-Fi being abnormally slow, receiving suspicious pop-ups on your
electronic devices when connected to our network, or anything else
that causes an inconvenience due to electronics. Although these will
not always be indication that our establishment has been targeted,
these are events that we want our cybersecurity team to look into
further.
c c If the unfortunate happens and we do become a victim of an
attack, the first step will be to engage the cybersecurity team so that
they can narrow down the affected systems and quarantine for
examination, if possible. If your stay with us is directly impacted, you
will receive updates on accommodations as soon as they are
determined. But before any details can be released or published, a
full investigation must be conducted to determine the full extent of
the attack. If it ended up affecting you in any way, you will be
notified accordingly.
c c We want to stress that our number one priority is you and
your family. Our team is learning more everyday on the best way to
serve you in this ever-evolving technological world, and we are
