to prevent students from becoming "lost in the numbers" in large universities. PEPs are a
technique to satisfy the demands of a varied culture of students via flexibility, individualization,
and student-centered learning, with the problem of developing "nontraditional aged kids" in
mind. PEPs are designed to develop learning experiences that meet an individual's particular
requirements. An increase in classroom involvement between students and teachers, learning
motivation, and knowledge retention are all advantages.

learning, apply what they have learned, and apply themselves in the future may be PEPs. There
is no "one size fits all" method for teaching students. Personalization of education should take a
student's needs, interests, and skills into account. Because of their differences, kids' learning
styles and rates vary. PEPs can help students learn more efficiently, engage more fully, retain
more information, become more motivated, achieve better academic performance, and get the
knowledge and skills they need to live morally upright lives.
