CHE 325 Final Project Milestone 2
Paula, the person I've picked, is a 58-year-old Black American lady without a job who was
hospitalized at a diabetes clinic because her diabetes was out of control. Paula was identified as
having type II diabetes at the time of admission. Paula failed to follow the recommendations
made by her doctor to visit a diabetes coordinator for assistance with managing her diabetes and
other information. Paula currently has Type II diabetes, but despite this, she still maintains her
social life since she volunteers frequently at her church with her closest friend.
The present health situation may have been influenced by a number of important things. The
likelihood that you may develop type 2 diabetes depends on a number of risk factors, including
your heredity and behavior. While risk variables like family history, age, or nationality can really
be changed, risk factors for behaviors related to food, exercise, and weight may. These lifestyle
modifications may have an impact on your risk of type 2 diabetes. In other words, maintaining a
healthy body image through food, fitness, and general well-being can all help prevent diabetes.
