At first, the company started selling bottled honey to comfort shops.

hard to handle the household leading to the establishment of a

honey division affected the growth of the company since the
company should have sold it and focused on transiting completely to

The decision that affected the company was hiring. The company
kept changing employees now and then, which affected achieving
goals and objectives since every outside employee would come up
with their decisions. These hiring decisions were made with the
family in mind since Ravi decided to approach his brothers and sisters.
However, due to the rapid growth of the business, there was the
option of employing outside assistance. The company started
employing outside people to help bring new perspectives and ideas to
the firm since human resources are essential. The decision that
served the company well as investing in corporate social
responsibility, whereby the company helped the community grow by
good performance and encouraging more investors. The company
also led to the creation of jobs, which has helped raise living
standards and reduce poverty. Yes, the decision is to improve on the
hiring area whereby the company should ensure retention of
employees rather than firing them before they make their decisions.
Employees can be retained by being rewarded based on their
performance which shall be evaluated through evaluation schemes.
