This simulation was very interesting! In the beginning, I did not do
very well. I was just a regional brand that fell apart at the end.
However, in my second and third runs, I was able to become a global
business with products everywhere! The growth change was
substantial, because I finally decided not to keep it as a family
business and let the outside come in and take the reins! The
beginning was all family, but choosing an external CEO and initiating
an IPO were great ideas outside the family to continue growth and
profits. From a business standpoint, I think I did most things right
when not keeping it in the family, despite what some of the family
was spending the money on (Travel) (Ashok im looking at you). All in
all, this simulation went much better the second and third time
around.
