The success and permanence of a product in the market come along with an
evolution of the product. Feedback loop, which is a series of stages that work
together as a continuous cycle: Design/Plan, Collect Data, Analyze,
Communicate/Discuss, and Course Correct; play a huge role in the product
evolution by making observations, corrections, and taking actions based on
feedback from an array of different sources (Get2Growth, 2022). In the
company, employees and representatives (internal customers) will provide
feedback through brief survives about the product's acceptance and
development at the end of the week. Collecting and analyzing the data can give
the option to host a weekly meeting where we will discuss the good and bad of
the product to find solutions to keep the product in a good position in the
market.
The feedback from our customers is essential. They need to live the experience
in order to have the product positioned in the market. The Hologram & Audio
Glasses will have an incorporated application to conduct two quick question
surveys after four weeks of purchase. It will ask how they feel about the
product and if they will recommend the product to others. Collecting and
analyzing this data with the production team will inform us about some
corrections and improvements we need to apply to optimize the customer
experience. Apple is about 100% customer satisfaction and product quality,
which will support that. QR codes located next to the product display with
information about the product and feedback collected from "Apple welcomes
your feedback on its products" (Apple, 2022). will encourage other customers
to leave feedback through distribution channels like: Apple.com, Apple stores,
and retailers. It will go together with the option to enter to win one of the one
hundred gift cards with an entry.
Internal communications are critical because we want to keep our product
positioning in the market. Weekly meetings with our teams will bring fresh
and innovative ideas. It is vital to have higher employee morale, "the more
those employees work with integrity and productivity. That morale can also
come from the idea that they are contributing to something larger, which
ripples out positively to improve how they work. One school of thought
connects satisfied internal customers with happy external customers" (Kidd &
McLatchie, 2020). E-mail and QR codes are other forms of addressing internal
and external feedback; customers will take the time to write the feedback, and
we need to give the close attention required for a high-level customer
experience.
