My project team would be a mixture of an inherited team and a
creative-focused team. The reason for the inherited team is that I
want to make sure they feel appreciated and they were selected for
this project. I will make sure the inherited team is properly trained in
all aspects of DEI and CSR so they can understand where our
company is headed and what we are trying to accomplish. If any of
the inherited teams are not interested in the training, they can leave
the company without question. The creative-focused teams will also
be properly trained and will include nutrition experts to help us with
our healthy menu options, and several project managers to handle
each region of our company it will be a team of diverse groups from
all ethnicities and backgrounds. We will also have day-to-day
reporting managers, and most importantly team leaders to guide and
inspire workers in the company and our communities. "Commitment

take risks and try big ideas. Essentially, the supportive feeling of a
team fosters an atmosphere for the kind of up-and-coming leaders
we need" (

many community connections that we will continue to be a part of
especially with bringing in new healthy options on our menu. We will
continue to support the Ronald McDonald House, and provide free
meals to those in need in our communities. We are dismantling
barriers to employment opportunities with an all-inclusive approach.
Our company is transparent and hires people from all ethnicities to
empower great teams and great leaders. McDonald's offers equal pay

To attract, develop, engage, and reward our project team we will
offer benefit incentives for our team. We will offer bonuses, raises,
rewards, individual praise, etc. Our teams will be trained properly and
we will have weekly meetings to address any issues that team
members may have and offer one-on-one meetings if needed to help
individuals thrive in their position.
