BUS 400 Harvard Business Simulation
From a small group of bees Harsh got from an employer in 1970, Honey Heritage Farm was
founded by Harsh and Radhika. Harsh was responsible for the beekeeping while Radhika was
responsible for designing the jars and maintaining the honey, and they sold the honey to local
businesses. The business has grown rapidly over the past two years and Brown Honey Farm has
been incorporated. A great deal of value has been created and a competitive advantage has been
