I think the segments I can complete immediately would be:
Customer Segments
Customer Relationships
The Value Propositions
Channels
Key Resources
Customer segments because I identify my customers' market, segment,
and diversity. Customer relationship is the next because it is essential
to care for customers and dedicate time to keep them loyal to the
product. The Value Proposition is the product that will be launched.
Channels are linked between customer segments and value proposition
when the value proposition is put into the assigned customer segment.
Key Resources on the physical aspect will use point of sale and
distribution networks of Apple stores.
The segments that will need more work are:
Key Activities
Key Partnership
Key Activities, according to the customer segment, I need to find more
information about the production quantity and quality. Key Partnership
needs more information because I need to research reducing risk and
finding partnerships to reduce costs.
The segments I have not considered are:
Cost Structure
Revenue Streams
Cost Structure because I don't have the price information, and I need to
research outsourcing the production in order to have low price value
propositions. Revenue Streams is the other segment I didn't consider
because I don't have the production costs, and I cannot have a price.
