This class has been challenging but enjoyable. It has helped me to
look at everyday situations differently and even helped me grow in
understanding the why behind things that happen in my industry. For
example, the section on negotiable instruments really hit home as I
have been in banking for 17 years and never understood why certain
things are the way they are, now I have a better understanding and
can apply it on a daily basis. The milestones were a great way for me
to really think through the cases presented and stretched my
thinking. I also loved the discussions. I learned so much from all of
you as you would have a different perspective that would help me to
look at the topics at hand more thoroughly. This class also taught me
to think more critically and dynamically. Even down to the formation
of a business and what type someone should choose helped me in
my career as I manage a Branch of a Business Bank. So now I feel like
I am better equipped to answer some of the questions that might
come my way from my customers and have a greater understanding
of what each type of business is meant for.
