I may have had a slight panic attack in week three when working on
the first milestone project. When the "right" answers weren't clear
to me, I suffered an overload and had a brain block on my
assignment. Abbes posts that week helped me re-direct. Law isn't
always black and white. Some aspects of law are pretty clear,
however there are areas of law that require you to pick a side (find a
rule) and argue it against another law. This realization helped. This
course is very relevant. Every week, subject material could have
personal and/or business applications (present or possibly future).
As someone interested in possibly running my own business one day,
I appreciated the depth in which we looked at business entities. I
definitely have come out of this course feeing less intimidated by
business law and would consider pursuing the legal side of
accounting.
