any pending lawsuits or litigation can be a big detractor in an IPO so the
company may benefit from waiting until this is resolved.%
Finally, Bob revers engineering the formula and posting it is a big problem.
This is proprietary to Fred's miracle Cough syrup and the whole company
rests on it. They should try to prosecute Bob and see if the patent holds up, If
so they will have a strong case for an IPO.%
