thinkthattheycouldfighttheclaimasitseemsthatthemanthey

hiredhasalotmoreexperiencewithbookkeepingthanthedelivery

girlwould.Iamsuretheydonotwantarepeatofthepreviousissues

andalackofexperiencecouldleadthatdirectionagain.Also,hiring

anexperiencedaccountantwouldlookbettertopublicinvestors.I

thinktheyshouldtakesometimetoletallofthedustsettlebefore

goingpublic.Withanewemployeeandalawsuitinthenearfuture,it

maybebesttogetallofthekinksoutfirstsothatitisrunning

smoothlywheninvestigated.
