Team Interview Angelina Jolie 6/29/2023 Conversations have started and are going well.
There are a few team members that feel a loyalty to
the previous owner and are feeling resistant to
change. Many people are excited about new
opportunities.

Surveys have gone out via Survey Monkey to to
both the acquired team and the main KBL crew via
email. This is to get a grasp on what the team feels
is needed to retain the outstanding culture that is
currently at KBL. Gain understanding of how the
acquired team feels and what their needs are to
ensure that they are fulfilled, engaged and happy.
IT Update Brad Pitt 1/5/2024 A complete list of all IT inventory has been started.
Billy Thorton from acquired company has been a
huge help in starting this process on that end. We
will start by listing all computers, laptop and hard
drive, number and sizes of all screens, phones, cell
phones, printers, scanners, headsets, and all back
stock for these items.
Marketing Seth Godin 5/1/2024 Gathering data for the current marketing initiatives
has begun. No data to report as of today. Ahead of
schedule as this wasn’t slated to start until
10/30/2023.
Completion Goal Erica Stuhr 6/28/2024 Our current goal of 18 months to completion is on
track. Total budget was 5 million. As of today the
only money spent is the 3 million for the actual
acquisition.
