“A project communication plan is an agreement between collaborators and stakeholders
that outlines what, when, and how information will be shared at key intervals. Information like
status updates, task-related questions, and meeting details should all be included in this written
guide” (Waida, 2022).
Project kickoff welcome email
From: Elizabeth Blachaniec LTD Furniture
To: Stakeholders and Team Members.
Subject: Project Kick-off
Good morning, everyone. I hope this email finds you well.
As you are aware, we are starting the acquisition process to bring LTD furniture under Kingston-
Bryce Limited. The undertaking will get under way on January 3, 2023, and it will take 18
months to complete. The acquisition guidelines, projects duration time, and a list of the principal
stakeholders and team members are all included in this email.
We have been in contact with LTD employees over the past few months to evaluate which ones
must stay on board and to establish a training timetable for them to start learning our system,
procedures, and guidelines in October. Additionally, we have been gathering information,
streamlining LTD's warehouse, engaging with its suppliers and clients, and educating the LTD
employees we are keeping on board (this process will be ongoing for at least 10-12 months). We
have brought on a few members from within our organization to help us fulfill our 18-month
target. The project development team, the board of directors, the chief executive, the chief
operations, and the top executives of each department are among the stakeholders. The investors,

stockholders, and clients are additional parties who are indirectly involved in this project.
If any of you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
Warmest Regards,
Elizabeth Blachaniec, Project Manager at Kingston-Bryce Limited
Project summary updates
Good morning, team, and happy Friday!
We want to thank you all for helping us stay on track with finishing the acquisition process to
bring LTD furniture under Kingston-Bryce Limited while staying within our budget. It is because
of you that we are on track to do so. You guys are doing a fantastic job completing the tasks and
milestones set in place to ensure that we fulfill our target completion date of 18 months. Please
remember to share projects and milestones that are started and/or finished each week so that we
can stay on schedule. Please do not hesitate to contact me or the project team lead if any
problems should develop so we may mitigate the issue as quickly as possible.
Thank you!
Project closing summary
We have persevered through and completed everything we set out to do after 18 grueling months.
We’ve managed to complete the acquisition on schedule and within the allocated budget.
Comparing the overall budget to the actual responsibilities and tasks revealed similarities. Given
that the project development team was so large, we found that holding our meetings via
conference calls vs face-to-face or video chat was the most realistic way to stay up to date on the
projects progression. For quick updates, kudos, or problems were communicated quickly and
effectively via email. We were aware of what risks this project would be faced with. With a lot of

effort and attention we were able to mitigate any problems quickly. Again, I would like to thank
each and every one of you for the amazing work you performed over the last 18 months.
