Kingston-Bryce Communication Plan
KBL Project Kick-Off Welcome Email
Denise Perez Mon, April 24, 2023
To KBL Project Team
Good morning, Team!
Project Introduction
Kingston Bryce Limited is a company that manufactures customized furniture and specializes in
manufacturing handmade dining tables. The company board has identified an opportunity to
acquire a company that competes with it. The company’s purchase will allow Kingston Bryce
Limited to expand its operations and increase its workforce. The budget allotted for the KBL
project is $5 million.
This is my first correspondence email. And I will entail project guidelines and duration, provide
details on how we will communicate, and who are the key stakeholders. The entire project has
been divided into segments, with the task assigned to specific KBL project team members who
will oversee those areas. Each task will be completed in the allotted time given. Once all tasks
are completed in each segment, it will mark the commencement and on to the next part.
Communication, Communication, Communication is the MOST IMPORTANT aspect of this
project or anything in life. With communication, this project will be easier to complete
successfully. Failure to communicate can cause delays, fall behind schedule, and go over budget.
I want the entire KBL Project Team’s commitment to 100% communication, followed by the
KBL Project Communication plan. Below I have included charts showing Meeting information,

the Funding schedule with costs, and my Closing Executive summary chart indicating the
timeline, tasks, overviews, and accomplishments.
