Project Scope
Kingston Bryce intends to undertake the acquisi#on of Analy#ca Limited over the next eighteen
months. This project will lead to:
Absorp#on of the sta/ of Analy#ca limited to Kingston Bryce.
Acquisi#on of all the assets and liabili#es of Analy#ca Limited. 2
Expansion to the west coast
Diversi1ca#on of revenue streams through Analy#ca’s diverse networks.
Training of the sta/ at Analy#ca
This project will involve the acquisi#on of a majority share of 98% at custom furniture
manufacturer. This will be necessary to ensure that Kingston Bryce has access to their diverse
market. The accoun#ng team will be responsible for dra5ing an o/er for the purchase of a
majority share in the stock of custom furniture manufacturer. This will be done together with
the legal team to ensure that this is all within the bounds of local, state, and federal law.
The human resources team will be responsible for dra5ing plans of how the sta/ of custom
furniture manufacturer will be assimilated into Kingston Bryce and ensure that the
organiza#onal culture at Kingston Bryce is transmi7ed custom furniture manufacturer. The
business team will be responsible for ensuring that Kingston Bryce is able to roll out business on
the West Coast as soon as possible. All these teams will report directly to the Project Manager
at Kingston Bryce with monthly progress reports of how the project is ongoing.
Funding schedule
Funding for this project is expected to come from Kingston Bryce's annual income. This project is
expected to cost a total of $5 million. This money will be spent on the objec#ves that have been set out
in the project scope.

Some risk that could possibly happen is the project could be delay due to unforeseen
circumstances, high costs Cost risk occurs when your project goes over the budget you ini#ally
set or scope creep, occurs when the ini#al project objec#ves aren’t well-de1ned. But on the
other hand, the reward could be great, more opportuni#es for growth within the company.
