i. Most superficial layer
ii. Leads to other questions- why is this done?
b. Values- What is good or best?
i. Present decision that a culture makes between choices commonly faced.
What “should” or “ought” to be.
c. Beliefs- What is true?
d. Worldview- What is real?
i. The way the world is viewed and explained.
