“HEALTHY MINISTRY PERSPECTIVE”

In my humble perspective as a successful ministry leader, my passion and belief
are that any ministry must have their focus on God and with faith, trusting in the
Holy Spirit to guide and lead them. As for a healthy Student Ministry, is to have a
very strong leadership, ones who lead by example, with a righteous and moral life.
Another aspect is that the ministry must be select in the outside support
resources also follow their lead and having a morality theme. Then all the support
and local resources and events, along with other churches must be unified in their
purpose to provide a wholesome environment where both the youth and their
parents feel comfortable having a strong sense of security. This must all come
together to an ever-lasting positive and focused biblically learning environment
and a desire to serve God with a passion and to fulfill the Great Commission and
share the gospels for the rest of their lives. Any youth ministry must have a sound
and well-planned mission statement to guide them along with faith in the Holy
Spirit, praying and a managing like a winning team effort. In my ministry, in the
beginning, I developed a mission statement that the Holy Spirit guided me to
write and we are following it to the letter and being in the infant stage, is growing
leaps and bounds with a very promising future to fulfill God’s purpose.
