Thesis Statement
This paper will present the negative affects of pornography as well as the lasting
psychological issues caused by the unnatural process of using explicit content to arouse sexual
pleasure.
Abstract
This research will primarily focus on the negative impact that pornography has had on the
traditional family. Discovering the reasoning behind why individuals seek out, engage in, and
ultimately act out pornographic images in their relationships is the secondary focus. By looking
at the history of pornography from the earliest paintings to the modern video, pornography has
become a destructive force that has ruined numerous lives both inside the industry and outside.
Only through proper education can pornography be defeated within the culture of today.
Pornography desensitizes proper social ethics on morality and is an evasive and perverse
industry that enslaves its users.
