In addition, in spite of Adam and Eve living in the Garden of Eden where it is to be that
everything in there is perfect, there could be no wrong, and everything was aligned with God.
Adam and Eve ended up encountering temptation from the tree of knowledge of good and evil
which God told them not to eat from. In Genesis 3:4-6 Eve encountered the evil serpent that
convinced her to eat from the fruit of the tree, and she would not die if she ate the fruit from that
specific tree, and she is aware that she would know all good and evil if she ate from the tree.
With her knowing what she could possibly be capable of after the fruit from the tree, she was
then intrigued and tempted to eat the fruit, so she did. With this Eve then convinced Adam to eat
from the tree with her, and he was hesitant at first but didn’t want to feel left out, so he joined her
and ate the fruit from the tree as well. With their actions taking place they were then faced with
devastating consequences from God, and with that their decisions made a huge downfall with
their relationship with God and all of humankind after them.

still stuck by our sides and gave us all the option to keep and build a relationship with Him, God
doesn't just give up on his creation, He is here to help build us stronger and keep us close with
Him. In Genesis 3:15 it begins to talk about God's plan for redemption. God made a promise to
David that there would be a decentent that He will have in place for us, to illustrate His plan for
redemption, and when God makes His promises, he always keeps them.
