paper is to one, serve as a method for me to take part in thoughtfulness and basic examination of
my convictions and suspicions concerning psychopathology. It furthermore plans to add to the

viewpoint, which might offer a comprehension of the details engaged with tending to

It is essential for me to critically examine my thinking about the causes and treatment of
psychopathology for several reasons. Firstly, as a current student within the mental health field,
my beliefs and perspectives inevitably shape my interactions with clients, treatment decisions,
and approach to research. Therefore, a thorough self-assessment is imperative to ensure that my
