consumers (B2C), consumers (C2C), the government and businesses (G2B), the government and
citizens (G2C), and the government and other government agencies (G2G). (BLOOMENTHAL,
2022). E-commerce is a great possibility for businesses that engage in paper-based operations.
Mobile commerce is online shopping using mobile devices. M-commerce is slowly evolving in

America. Many people use credit cards for purchases, and mobile data services are unfamiliar to
