Video Outline Assignment
Hello my name is Shannon Leveille and my major is in Criminal Justice, however I minor in
Psychology. I am still a little undecided on the exact career I am pursuing right now, as I find
there to be a few things that fascinate and grab my interest. I know that it is somewhere along the
lines of becoming a criminal behavioral analyst, a victims’ advocate, a criminal psychologist, or
a criminologist.
Research Question and Topic
Looking at and thinking about these areas and jobs, I would probably call my research topic
“Criminal Minds.” Then I would have my research question be “what is going through a
criminal’s mind to make them commit the crimes they commit.” I am very curious about what a
person is thinking to make them commit crimes and do they really think they will get away with
it when they are committing the crime?! Questions like that is what catches my interest and
makes me want to look in to and study these things.
