Why Was This Article Written
This article was written to add onto the already existing research that was in this article. The
author found some information and wanted to show that infancy supports claims that human
morality is a huge part of human nature.
What is the Main Idea of this Article
The main idea of this article is to argue that young children do in fact have an ability for moral
judgment and action, by challenging that the idea of moral understanding only develops through
socialization and cultural influence. It showcases the research findings that prove that there's a
presence of its deep-rooted moral sense in early childhood, therefore enhancing the
understanding of early moral development and its connection.
To Whom Would this Article be Relevant
I think the article is relevant to researchers and educators. In general, I think this would be good
for anyone who is interested in understanding moral judgement and how the actions of very
young children are.
