Literature Review in Researching and Public Administration
Literature review plays an important role in ensuring that the execution of research is
successful and the desired result is achieved. The review plays the role of enhancing the
understandability of the item under investigation through the establishment of familiarity. Giving
background knowledge about the item under study is one of the important roles that research
plays. The reviews help in the identification of research gaps through the clarification of conflicts
in research conducted earlier and questions left unanswered in the previous studies.
Question 1
Variables in an investigation are usually the attributes such as the locations, individuals,
and things that are to be measured so as to ensure the smooth conduction of the research process.
The variables are classified as either independent or dependent depending on how they relate to
other variables (Paul & Barari, 2022). The literature review examines the variables to
contextualize the results by relating them to what other researchers have investigated. Through
the analysis of the nature of the variable, the researcher is able to identify what variable suits the
investigation. Through the examination of the variables, literature comes up with questions
which may be used to give hypotheses of the research.
Question 2
Literature review synthesizes what had been, earlier researched the explains the gaps in
the research and how the current research is going to fill the gap. The review states what had
been previously done, and explains the necessary changes that are to be addressed in the concern
of the research (Huijbregts, George, & Bekkers, 2022). The review recognizes the researchers in

the current research context so as to avoid the issue of copying the idea of other researchers since
it do not represent the previously done research as original.
Question 3
In the first chapter of the book, Keohane and fellow associates recognize various
variables and give a deeper explanation of cultures between various traditions in social sciences
by insisting on sociology and science of politics (King et al., 2022). In the chapter, it is
explained that an inference containing one logic can never give instruct research both on
quantitative or qualitative grounds. The chapter further rejects the idea that the quantitative and
qualitative investigations makes use of numerals and words during their execution. The
variations in the introductions to research are what is given regard.
Question 4
Through the survey of scholarly articles, A literature review surveys books, scholarly
articles, peer reviewed literature gives a summary and an explanation of the research and try to
connect it with the question of the research that is to be answered.
Question 5
Literature review helps in the development of the hypothesis through the explanation of
the connections that exists between the previous studies and the current one (Launer-Wachs et
al., 2022). The review exposes the significance and how the problem of the research originated
and how it differs with what others discovered in their researches.
Question 6
Public relation has a great treasure to triangular schemes that helps explain how federals
and states may advance in their structures of management.

Question 7
Most scholars basically have their own distinct ways of delivering their discoveries to the
society. Every scholar wish to deliver the findings in the best way in the focus to enlighten the
society and future researchers, they do so by Including the attachment of applicable information
to their latest lists of research they published, at sometimes they may include their cv to prover to
the reader ow experienced they are.
The researchers also give the basic explanation and what should be included in the
activities that the researchers has to be involved in during the research.
Researchers contributes to progressive learning since the students may review their
studies on empirical basis and realize new skills of handling things researched.
